Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Specialist, located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for assisting members with mortgage loan applications, reviewing financial documents, assessing creditworthiness, and guiding members through the loan process. The role involves maintaining compliance with regulations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Abilities in financial document review, credit analysis, and loan processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to assist members effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in mortgage software systems and general computer literacy
- Experience in the financial or credit union industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
