Role Description
This is a commission-only, fully flexible Mortgage Broker role based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
You control your schedule and how you run your pipeline. There are no set hours and no micromanagement. An office and conference room are available for client meetings, collaboration, and focused work, but you are free to work when and how you prefer.
This role is ideal for experienced brokers who want autonomy, strong lender access, and a professional office environment without the constraints of a traditional 9–5 structure.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Brokering and Brokerage processes
- Proficiency in Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing
- Strong understanding of Finance and the mortgage lending industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial documents and identify the best mortgage solutions
- Knowledge of Colorado mortgage regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency with mortgage software and finance tools is preferred
- Licensure as a mortgage broker in the state of Colorado is required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
