Location: Katonah, NY (Westchester & Putnam Counties)
Compensation: $40–$50/hour (based on experience)
We’re Hiring Solid Service Techs – No Installs, Just Service Work
Service work only – no rough installs or new construction
Run calls, diagnose problems, fix systems, and take care of customers
Steady, year-round work with a reliable company
What You’ll Be Doing
Run residential service calls
Diagnose and repair boilers, furnaces (oil & gas), AC and heat pumps, minor plumbing
Handle maintenance and emergency calls
Explain issues clearly to homeowners (BE A GREAT COMMUNICATOR)
Log work using iPad/software (House Call Pro – Service Titan)
Participate in rotating on-call schedule (one week per month)
What You Need
4 years HVAC service and/or plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication with customers
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license (MUST HAVE THIS)
EPA Certification (Type II minimum)
Basic tech skills
