Position Summary
We are seeking and experienced NYC Service Plumber who can independently diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in apartments, homes, mixed use buildings and commercial spaces.

Position Summary
We are seeking and experienced NYC Service Plumber who can independently diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in apartments, homes, mixed use buildings and commercial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls across NYC
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, water heaters, steam/hot-water boilers, fixtures, valves, pumps, piping and gas lines
- Install and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, and water heaters
- Read and understand DOB/DEP requirements and NYC Plumbing code
- Communicate clearly with tenants, building supers, management companies and homeowners
- Document work performed and complete job tickets
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety and plumbing code regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (NYC service experience highly preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Knowledge of NYC Plumbing Code
- Ability to wok independently and troubleshoot on-site
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in small mechanical rooms
- OSHA 30 or SST preferred (not required)
Salary : $35 - $50
