Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll primarily focus on service calls, while also supporting installs and maintenance as needed. There is no on-call requirement currently, though we anticipate introducing a light rotation in the future as we continue to grow.

- Lead and perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC systems
- Support installations and routine maintenance as needed
- Diagnose issues and provide honest, effective solutions—no high-pressure sales
- Mentor and support junior technicians in the field
- Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and local codes
- Deliver top-tier customer service and represent the company with professionalism
What You Bring

Experience: 4 years of residential HVAC experience (service-focused preferred)

Leadership Ability: Experience leading jobs or mentoring other techs is a strong plus

Certifications: EPA Certification required
