Are you an experienced technician looking for a hands-on role with growth potential? We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing Burglary, Fire, Access Control, and CCTV systems across both residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot electronic security systems
- Work with both hand and power tools
- Install and wire equipment according to specifications
- Perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service during site visits
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 8 weeks (with incentives)
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in electronic/security system service is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
- Willingness to work outdoors as needed
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
