Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading automotive technology organization, is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified technical and non-technical candidates, developing talent pipelines, and supporting recruitment initiatives across North America and potentially global markets.
Job Duties
- Identify and source qualified technical and non-technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Execute targeted candidate outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and additional recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with position requirements and recruitment priorities
- Research talent markets, candidate availability, and industry hiring trends to identify sourcing opportunities
- Track candidate engagement, sourcing activities, and pipeline metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy requirements
Skills & Experience
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and online candidate sourcing tools
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical and/or non-technical positions
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and talent pipeline development
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Experience conducting candidate outreach and tracking sourcing activities
Desired
- Experience sourcing engineering, IT, or other specialized technical talent
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for diverse candidate pools
- Familiarity with North American or global recruitment practices
- Experience conducting talent market research and competitor talent mapping
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing analytics, and pipeline reporting
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions across different business functions
