This role is responsible for modernizing internal business applications, migrating Microsoft Power Apps solutions to Google Workspace, and developing scalable digital tools using Google AppSheet and Apps Script.

Job Duties
- Design, develop, and modernize internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Google AppSheet, and Google Apps Script
- Migrate existing Microsoft-based applications and workflows into Google Workspace solutions
- Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into functional applications and automated workflows
- Develop, configure, and maintain applications supporting HR and internal business operations
- Manage application development activities from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-release support
- Troubleshoot application issues, validate functionality, and implement improvements to existing solutions
- Maintain technical documentation for application configurations, workflows, and development processes
- Prioritize incoming development requests and manage multiple application projects throughout the development lifecycle
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–5 years of relevant professional application development experience
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Hands-on experience developing automated workflows and custom solutions using Google Apps Script
- Hands-on experience building applications using Google AppSheet
- Experience migrating or rebuilding applications across Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
- Experience with application requirements gathering, testing, validation, and deployment
- Experience developing and supporting business applications in a professional environment
Desired
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience using Jira for application development and project tracking
- Experience with GitHub for source control and code management
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in application development
- Experience developing applications for HR, People Operations, or internal enterprise functions
- Experience supporting application modernization or large-scale platform migration initiatives
- Experience maintaining and enhancing applications used by global business operations
