Blue Chip Talent needs an SAP ERP Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, optimizing business processes, and maintaining seamless integration across multiple SAP functional modules. It is very heavily hands-on with SAP implementations and a someone needs to bring a strong understanding of ERP solutions within complex business environments.
What you will do:
- Support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices
- Configure and optimize SAP functional modules to align with business requirements and support cross-functional integration
- Troubleshoot SAP ERP issues, resolve system defects, and maintain data integrity and system performance
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP environments
- Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation, from requirements gathering through go-live
- Functional experience with at least two SAP areas or modules: Finance and Controlling (FICO), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or SAP Customer Checkout
- Experience with SAP configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support
Desired
- Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions
- Experience supporting SAP ERP systems within retail or distribution environments
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and SAP integration with retail applications
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related integration technologies
- Experience with SAP data migration, data validation, and system integration testing
- SAP certification in one or more relevant functional modules
- Experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, or retail supply chain processes
