Our client (Lucid) is looking to hire a Smartsheet Platform Admin for an open-ended, long-term contract. This role will be hybrid (3 days onsite) in Newark, California.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years as a Smartsheet Administrator, Solution Architect, or similar.
- Deep technical expertise with Smartsheet, including Control Center and Blueprint management.
- Proven ability to build complex, data-driven dashboards and executive reporting.
- Experience with Smartsheet premium apps/integrations such as: Data Shuttle-Dynamic View- Jira Connector (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Smartsheet Certified User, Product Certified, or Certified Consultant.
- Familiarity with additional SaaS tools (e.g., DocuSign, Figma) is a huge plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale environments is strongly preferred.
Task breakdown & operating rhythm: Administer Smartsheet, support users, manage dashboards, implement governance, integrate apps, attend standups.
