Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented IT Senior Global Supply Manager to join our Indirect Procurement organization. In this position, you will lead sourcing and supplier management efforts for the IT Software category. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring we secure the best value, performance, and innovation from our software partners.
You will guide the full sourcing lifecycle—from opportunity identification and commercial assessments to contract negotiations and leadership presentations. A strong ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships is essential. You’ll also be responsible for leading business reviews, evaluating spend, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals related to cost, quality, and delivery.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations for software licensing agreements
- Recommend contract awards and renewals to senior leadership
- Manage relationships with key internal partners and software suppliers
- Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including spend analysis and performance evaluation
- Oversee quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors to ensure value delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support category strategy and operational needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in IT software licensing, sourcing, or similar procurement roles
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost analysis within an indirect procurement environment
- Exceptional stakeholder and supplier relationship management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare high-quality executive presentations
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems (Coupa preferred)
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad preferred)
- Ability to operate independently, adapt quickly, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Need to be close to the Palo Alto area as you may have to go into the office from time to time.
