Seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of next-generation military ground vehicle electrical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and refine vehicle-level electrical and power distribution architectures.
- Conduct requirements analysis, trade studies, and system decomposition.
- Support integration of lethality, survivability, and C4ISR technologies into vehicle systems.
- Create and maintain schematics, ICDs, wiring diagrams, and system requirements documentation.
- Participate in prototype builds, system integration labs, and vehicle testing.
- Evaluate system performance using analytical models and simulations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical integration and test issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, technical teams, and DoD program representatives to ensure system compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Systems Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in vehicle electrical design or integration, ideally within defense, heavy vehicle, or aerospace.
- Proficiency with digital, analog, power, and RF systems.
- Familiarity with MIL-STDs such as 1275, 1553, 461, or 464.
- Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of system-level design, requirements management, and integration testing.
