We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This is a phone-based sales role with occasional Teams calls with customers. The position serves as a springboard for promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key decision-makers at auto dealerships
- Make daily outbound calls to warm leads
- Perform needs analysis, overcome objections, and present solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams for post-sales support
- Track activities and manage a customer pipeline using Salesforce
What We’re Looking For:
- Go-getter attitude and strong phone presence
- Some B2B sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology; Salesforce experience helpful but not required
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable.
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
