This role is responsible for managing AI/ML product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional project execution, and driving alignment across global engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.

Job Duties
- Create and manage AI/ML product roadmaps across algorithm, infrastructure, and tooling teams
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, risks, and escalation paths
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, marketing, and sales teams to define requirements
- Partner with product teams to align roadmaps with program objectives
- Standardize development processes across AI/ML and robotics initiatives
- Define and track KPIs for AI/ML program performance and software quality
- Provide impact assessments, risk analysis, and investment recommendations to leadership
- Coordinate onsite support for high-visibility demos and resource planning
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- AI/ML project, program, or product management experience
- 2 years of experience in deep tech, data-focused, automotive, robotics, or aerospace environments
- Experience with ADAS or related advanced mobility technologies
- Automotive development process experience, including PDP and ASPICE
- KPI-based software quality tracking experience
- Experience coordinating engineering, product, and sales workstreams
Desired
- Robotics program or product roadmap experience
- Global program coordination experience across North America, Europe, or Asia
- Experience supporting technical demos or prototype delivery
- Resource planning and allocation experience
- Cross-platform software integration experience
- AI/ML infrastructure or tooling project experience
