Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading insurance and financial services organization, is seeking a skilled IT Project Analyst. This role is responsible for tracking IT project performance, consolidating financial and delivery data, and supporting executive-level reporting across enterprise initiatives. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into execution within a high-visibility transformation environment.
Job Duties
- Track and report on IT project performance, including actual vs. spend, forecasts, milestones, and KPIs
- Monitor financial performance across initiatives to ensure alignment with budgets and expected outcomes
- Consolidate updates from cross-functional teams into executive-ready reports and dashboards
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and performance gaps across the IT portfolio
- Prepare standardized reporting for governance forums, including steering committees and leadership reviews
- Partner with Finance to validate capital vs. expense spend, labor costs, and vendor expenditures
- Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting aligned with PMO standards and governance frameworks
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models across transformation initiatives
Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in IT project reporting, PMO support, or financial analysis
- 2–5 years supporting IT projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- Experience with project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity)
- Experience tracking IT financials, including resource costs, vendor spend, and infrastructure investments
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale IT programs
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation
