Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled User Support Analyst. This role is responsible for providing advanced help desk support, maintaining end-user systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
Job Duties:
- Monitor help desk ticket queue and prioritize urgent support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across end-user environments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Perform workstation imaging and deployment activities
- Support and administer user accounts within Active Directory and O365
- Collaborate with IT leadership and engineering teams on system improvements
- Research and implement solutions for recurring technical issues
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when escalation is required
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or user support roles
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory
- Experience building and imaging workstations
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 and Office Suite
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., InTune)
- Understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Experience supporting users in a professional services environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools
- Experience with desktop management and deployment tools
- Exposure to LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management processes
