This role is responsible for driving inventory reporting and analysis, developing business intelligence solutions, and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives related to warehouse management and ERP modernization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with operational finance expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Job Duties
- Analyze large datasets from enterprise systems and data warehouses to identify operational trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for business stakeholders
- Support inventory reporting and performance analysis across a complex distribution network
- Partner with operations and business leaders to evaluate inventory levels and operational performance
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational controlling activities
- Assist ERP and warehouse management transformation initiatives through reporting validation, process mapping, and testing support
- Support business process documentation and continuous improvement efforts during system implementations
- Coordinate project activities, summarize key decisions, and provide analytical support to transformation leadership
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and recommend actions to improve efficiency and working capital utilization
- Ensure reporting accuracy and continuity during system upgrades, integrations, and rollout activities
Skills & ExperienceRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Operational Finance, Controlling, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance
- Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience
- Experience extracting, consolidating, and analyzing large datasets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced analytical functions
- Experience working with ERP systems
- KPI development, reporting, and performance measurement experience
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
Desired
- Experience with SAP, including S/4HANA environments
- Snowflake data warehouse experience
- Inventory reporting, inventory controlling, or supply chain finance experience
- Experience supporting warehouse operations or distribution center environments
- ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation project experience
- Exposure to warehouse management system (WMS) implementations
- Project management or project coordination experience
- Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or aftermarket industry experience
