What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Blue Chip Talent?
We’re looking for a Panel Wire Technician to support the build and assembly of electrical control systems. This position is a great fit for someone with experience in industrial wiring, control panels, or electrical assembly who enjoys working hands-on in a shop environment.
What You’ll Do
- Install and secure electrical components including relays, PLCs, contactors, and related hardware
- Complete wiring of control panels and junction boxes based on technical drawings and schematics
- Assist with system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting during the build process
- Make updates to schematics and document changes through redlines
- Organize and track incoming materials and electrical components
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a similar role
- Ability to understand and work from electrical diagrams and schematics
- Familiarity with common electrical components and wiring practices
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for wiring and assembly issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Nice to Have
- Technical training or an associate degree in electrical technology (or equivalent practical experience)
