This role is responsible for supporting multiple concurrent initiatives, documenting and communicating data flows, and assisting with application and dealer-facing issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis skills with hands-on SQL experience and thrives in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Analyze and document data flows across systems and databases related to inventory data
- Write user stories, process flows, and test cases using BDD-style formatting
- Execute SQL queries to support analysis, troubleshooting, and validation efforts
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to refine requirements and ensure accurate implementation
- Monitor applications, files, and processes to identify and address issues
- Triage and resolve questions from internal users and external partners
- Support multiple active projects simultaneously across application, UI, and system enhancements
- Communicate system behaviors and data movement clearly to internal teams and third-party partners
Skills Required
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused environment
- Must have hands on expereince with SQL (writing queries, understanding joins, working within databases)
- Experience documenting data flows and system interactions is a must
- Understanding of how data moves through applications and databases
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and test cases
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile tooling
- Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks
- Experience working with third-party vendors or external partners
- Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation or story generation is a bonus
- Must have a background in automotive or inventory-based systems
