Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a global organization, is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional with expierence in Compensation & Benefits. This role is responsible for managing U.S. employee benefits programs and supporting compensation cycles across the Americas region and ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with talent strategies.
Job Duties
- Administer employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs
- Oversee enrollments, changes, and terminations while coordinating with third-party vendors
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and issue resolution
- Lead annual open enrollment and benefits education initiatives
- Drive renewal planning through data analysis, cost modeling, and broker/vendor collaboration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support 401(k) plan administration, audits, and year-end filings
- Contribute to compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and salary adjustments
- Assist with market pricing, salary structure maintenance, and compensation data analysis
- Provide reporting support for job evaluations, internal equity, and budget reviews
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
- Proficiency with Excel and HR data reporting
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation analysis tools
- Understanding of U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, DOL)
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles
- Knowledge of 401(k) plan operations and compliance filings
- Ability to handle sensitive data and ensure data accuracy
