What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Assist with apartment turnovers and unit preparation
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections throughout the portfolio
- Troubleshoot building systems and identify maintenance solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain company maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Help maintain the appearance and overall condition of the communities

What It Takes
- 2–3 years of apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Hands-on and mechanically inclined
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Organized and responsive

- $30–$35 per hour compensation
- Performance-based bonuses
- Health insurance (50% employer-paid after 90 days)
- $100/week on-call compensation
- Minimum 2 hours paid for on-call service trips
