What You'll Do:
- Lead residential HVAC installs & ensure top-notch quality
- Train & mentor junior techs – be the leader you wish you had
- Troubleshoot & problem-solve on-site
- Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30 (with OT opportunities)
Who We Want:
- 5 years HVAC experience | EPA 608 Cert (Universal preferred)
- Strong communicator & problem-solver
- Valid driver's license clean record
- Can lift 50 lbs & ready to roll
