QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:
- 5 years of experience
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- EPA Universal License (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication with both customers and colleagues
- Motivated and growth-oriented
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to make decisions while installing
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
