YOUR SCHEDULE AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
Your workweek runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, giving you evenings to yourself! Love extra cash? Overtime is available too. Plus, enjoy paid holidays like New Year's, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after!), Christmas, and more.
YOUR DAY
As our Residential HVAC Installation Tech, you start your day at our Bloomington shop, loading up your gear with your skilled crew. Then, it's off to install top-notch heating and air conditioning systems in our customers' homes. Whether it's furnaces, air conditioners, or humidifiers, you're not just setting up equipment-you're setting the stage for comfort and satisfaction. You'll work side-by-side with our experienced lead installers, ensuring every job is done efficiently and to the highest standards. Along the way, you'll get hands-on training to sharpen your skills and grow as a pro.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Possess or be willing to get the proper certifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform job requirements and lift 50 pounds regularly
