- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information about services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in busy environments such as medical or dental offices
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including EMR systems and Google Workspace applications
