- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and maintaining a secure environment
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
