We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and motivated Trainees to join our team of superheroes in disguise.
What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff)
As an RBT, you aren't just "working"; you are a teacher, a playmate, and a progress-maker. You will:
Work 1-on-1 with children and teens with autism in a clinic setting.
Turn milestones into celebrations by using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach communication, social skills, and independence.
Collect data to track all the amazing progress your clients are making.
Collaborate with your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who actually listens to your feedback.
No Experience? No Problem.
If you love working with kids but don’t have the "RBT" title yet, our Paid Trainee Program is your golden ticket.
We pay for your training: Get 1 on 1 hands on experience to make you the best RBT you can be.
Mentorship: You’ll shadow our pros until you feel like a pro yourself.
