Developer platform trusted by the fastest-growing AI companies is looking for an Office Manager to bring their San Francisco office to life. With their recent Series C backed by top-tier investors, this is an incredibly exciting time to join a team at the center of AI. In this hands-on, people-first role, you'll own the day-to-day operations of the office, keep the space organized and welcoming, welcome guests, manage vendors and supplies, support new hire onboarding, and support event coordination (approx. 2-3 events per week). Someone warm, outgoing, and resourceful who loves the details and has a startup mentality. This is a fully in-office role, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco's Financial District. Must be flexible with working hours to support after-hours events. 90-110K DOE equity, benefits, 401K with match, generous PTO, wellness stipend, and daily lunch.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized, functional, and well-maintained office throughout the day.
- Manage vendors and facilities, including building management, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and office services.
- Coordinate workplace logistics, including office supplies, equipment, and overall space management.
- Support the employee onboarding program by preparing workspaces and equipment to make new hires feel welcome from day one.
- Plan internal events such as team gatherings, celebrations, and off-sites.
- Support Events Lead with external events hosted in the office (approx. 2-3 per week), assisting to prepare the space, providing vendors access, and handling on-the-ground logistics to make the events run smoothly.
- Manage workplace budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and improve systems and processes to support a scalable and efficient workplace as the company grows.
- 3 years of experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Operations, hospitality, or employee experience role, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Strong organizational, operational, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, taking pride in keeping things running smoothly.
- Proven experience managing vendors and coordinating facilities operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail with a high level of ownership.
