A Landscaping company based in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Enhancement Sales Specialist to drive upsell revenue across an established commercial and residential maintenance portfolio. This is a dedicated sales role where you will own the full enhancement pipeline, from opportunity identification through close. Working closely with Account Managers to convert existing client relationships into revenue. Annual sales targets range from $500K to $1M .

This is a dedicated sales role where you will own the full enhancement pipeline from opportunity identification through close, working closely with Account Managers to convert existing client relationships into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop enhancement opportunities across commercial and residential clients (HOAs residential focus)
- Partner with Account Managers to advance and close upsell opportunities
- Build estimates, proposals, and present solutions to close projects ranging from $1K–$100K
- Manage pipeline, activity, and revenue tracking in Aspire (CRM/ERP)
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations with clear scope and client expectations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven track record closing enhancement sales in the landscape/green industry (required)
- Strong technical knowledge of pavers, landscape installation, and irrigation
- Solid plant knowledge and ability to advise on selection and design
- Experience working alongside account management teams
- Strong estimating and proposal development skills
- Proficiency in Aspire or similar CRM/ERP systems (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record

Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: $80K–$90K (DOE)
- Uncapped commission tied to enhancement sales
- OTE $100K (conservative; higher for top performers)
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
