Job SummaryWe are seeking two (2) highly skilled Acquisition Specialists for our rapidly expanding Virtual Sales Team. This role involves speaking exclusively with warm inbound motivated seller leads. You will build rapport to understand each individual sellers situation, and negotiate a win-win scenario to acquire that property. Real estate knowledge is helpful, but not required... our custom made, 8 week training program covers everything needed to succeed.DutiesHandle warm inbound motivated seller leads (no cold calling)Build strong rapport and guide sellers through the real estate process.Conduct property evaluations and gather relevant information.Present offers and negotiate termsCollaborate within a small, supportive, high-performance team.Attend 3 weekly morning mandatory meetings.What we are looking forProven Sales experience (real estate preferred but not required)Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Competitive mindset focused on performance and team successStrong ability to build trust and help homeownersCoachable, accountable, and consistent work ethicAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments
