This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to the initial onboarding transfer of top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment and a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.Candidate Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.Employer Branding: Promote MBR as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and community outreach.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to the Hiring Manager & HR.Onboarding Support: Assist in ensuring the smooth transition to HR.Qualifications:2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, or a related industry.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for clinical research roles (CRC, study coordinators, etc.).Previous experience working in an HR capacity within a research or healthcare setting.Experience working with BambooHR ATS or similar HRIS ATS systems
