What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR Concessions Runners position at Block 22 L L C?
Description
Experts in the art of hospitality, Idaho Central Arena and Block22 Companies create memorable experiences. We are a destination for experiences beyond the ordinary, the heart of downtown Boise. As a Concessions Runner at IC Arena, you’ll provide friendly, timely delivery of food and beverages from the concession stand to guests.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Retrieve prepared food and beverage orders from concession counters
- Promptly and accurately deliver orders to guests in designated seating or service areas
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate clearly with concessions servers to ensure order accuracy
- Assist with restocking supplies at delivery stations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards
- Navigate busy and crowded areas safely and efficiently
- Represent the venue in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be available to work event schedule (mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (4 hours)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs while navigating through crowds
