Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst 3 will lead and support a wide range of documentation and process standardization efforts, including:
Procedure Development & Standardization
- Develop, revise, and standardize procedures, policies, and guidelines to align with enterprise frameworks such as Front-End Planning (FEP), stage-gate processes, and governance models
- Ensure documentation is consistent, structured, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
- Translate complex technical and operational processes into clear, user-friendly documentation
Process Documentation & Mapping
- Create and maintain process maps, workflows, swim lane diagrams, and RACI matrices to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and decision points
- Document end-to-end processes, including inputs, outputs, dependencies, and governance checkpoints
- Ensure documentation supports operational efficiency and process clarity across teams
Stakeholder Engagement & Review Management
- Facilitate structured review cycles with SMEs, leadership, and document owners
- Gather, track, and incorporate feedback while resolving conflicting input
- Drive alignment and ensure timely approvals for all documentation deliverables
Templates, Forms & Documentation Tools
- Develop and standardize templates, forms, and tools such as project charters, risk registers, readiness checklists, and stage-gate review documents
- Ensure all templates are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with governance and process requirements
Document Control & Governance
- Manage document lifecycle processes, including version control, approval routing, tracking, and publication
- Ensure compliance with corporate document control standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation repositories
Program & Transformation Support
- Support enterprise-wide standardization and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and continuous improvement strategies
- Deliver documentation packages that support training, onboarding, and governance approvals
