The Administrative Analyst 2 will play a key role in supporting leadership teams by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and assisting with reporting and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide advanced administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Independently manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive support tasks
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conferences, and organizational events
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Manage logistics including conference rooms, technology setup, and communications
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making
- Compile and present findings in a clear and concise format
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Financial & Administrative Analysis
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation
- Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support financial reporting processes and administrative audits
- Analyze administrative processes and recommend improvements
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Provide professional and responsive communication support
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments
- Support leadership with correspondence and follow-up communications

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or related role
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership or senior management teams preferred
