Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a vital part of our daily operations. This role goes beyond answering phones...you are the key connection between our production team and our nationwide network of retailers. Your accuracy, communication, and professionalism directly support our 125-year legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately process and enter customer orders via phone, email, and web systems.
- System Navigation: Utilize internal systems to manage the full order lifecycle, update order statuses.
- Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Communication: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Accuracy & Detail: Review orders, invoices, and account details to ensure complete accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer Literacy: Must be proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software; experience with JMAS or similar ERP/manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 55 words per minute.
- Teamwork: Must be a dedicated team player with a collaborative, "can-do" attitude.
- Training: On-site training will be provided for our specific systems and product lines.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage high call volume and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong time management skills.

Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
