Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Office / Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, assist customers, and help keep our office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Process customer orders and enter data accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping, and inquiries
- Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and general office tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Work closely with team members to support day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and interested in a long-term position
What We Offer
