What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at BlinkSoft?
Business Development Representative (BDR) – High-Growth Tech Sales UNLIMITED COMMISSION. NO CAP EVER
We're looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Representative who wants to be ahead of the curve, not chasing it. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines of growth, using AI-powered sales and communication technology that is rapidly reshaping how businesses operate. AI isn't coming—it's already here. We're looking for people who want to learn it, sell it, and build a career around it before everyone else catches up.
You'll engage decision-makers, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue through smart, consultative selling, all while working with cutting-edge AI software that helps businesses work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
If you're competitive, coachable, and want to future-proof your sales career, this is where you start.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to set meetings and generate leads
- Follow up with warm prospects to build interest and uncover opportunities
- Track calls, leads, and activity in a CRM (we'll train you)
- Work with marketing to support outreach campaigns
- Present our solutions clearly and confidently
- Stay sharp on our offerings and competitors
- Pass qualified opportunities to the sales team and support the close.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants real training, real opportunity, and real growth—not just another line on a resume.
You don't need years of experience. What you do need is drive.
You're a great fit if you:
- Are motivated to start or grow a career in sales
- Are comfortable talking to people and willing to pick up the phone
- Want to learn how to sell, negotiate, and close at a high level
- Can take coaching, apply feedback, and improve quickly
- Are organized and open to using a CRM (we'll train you)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Take responsibility for your results and show up consistently
What we care about most:
- Hunger – you want more than average
- Grit – you don't quit when it gets hard
- Ambition – you want growth, income, and advancement
- Coach-ability – you want to learn from people who've done it before
If you're looking for a place to build a career, not just collect a paycheck, and you're willing to work for it, this is the opportunity. Apply if you're ready to learn, grind, and grow.
