This is a full-time on-site role based in Garden City, NY, for a Business Development Representative. In this position, you will identify and generate sales leads, develop strong client relationships, and achieve business growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, engaging with clients to understand their business needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities. Collaborating with team members, you will also contribute to developing effective strategies to drive sales and support company growth.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales techniques
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Business Development and fostering strategic customer relationships
- A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
