Blink High End, (hi-fi audio retail) is looking for mid to upper semester college students, alert, motivated, excellence and learning driven, for an office and marketing assistant position.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office and Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations while actively contributing to our marketing initiatives. Your energy and creativity will help streamline office processes, support digital marketing campaigns, and enhance our brand presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, logistics, showroom preparation, correspondence, and document organization to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital channels.
- Support content creation efforts by writing engaging copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Audio systems setup and presentation assistance
- Event planning, and marketing and on-site logistics during, before and after the events
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance and optimize results.
- Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and product management projects to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials, social media graphics, and website updates.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to ensure fresh content and optimal user experience.
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and prepare reports that guide future marketing decisions.
- Support budgeting activities for marketing projects and office supplies to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Be able to commute to the Cambridge Central area.
- Be in a college or university, sophomore or beyond,

This position is paid and on-site, work days between Monday to Saturday. We are looking for someone who can work 15 to 30hrs a week, between 9 and 6pm for at least 3 months, but better if it can be for longer.

- Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of advertising sales techniques and B2C and B2B marketing approaches is a plus.
- Strong research skills with an eye for detail in copywriting and content development.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
