Senior Accountant

This role is critical to the financial operations of the organization and involves a strong background in property and lease management and full-cycle accounting.

As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with executive leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting
• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle including journal entries, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation & Analysis
• Perform detailed reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all accounts.
• Expense Management
• Monitor and analyze operating expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget adherence.
• Compliance & Controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations.
• Support audit processes and implement internal controls.
• Excel Mastery
• Build and maintain complex financial models and reports.
• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., Power Query, PivotTables, VBA) to streamline processes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and lease accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
