We are seeking a part-time dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls efficiently.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in hospitality.
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
- Familiarity with resort environments and hospitality practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
