Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
- Complete check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer guest questions and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using hotel management software and multi‑line phone systems.
- Assist with night audit tasks as needed, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, using strong problem‑solving skills.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls.
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is helpful (training available).
- Comfortable using multi‑line phone systems and basic computer software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
