Front Desk Agent

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and service‑oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
  • Complete check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer guest questions and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using hotel management software and multi‑line phone systems.
  • Assist with night audit tasks as needed, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, using strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is helpful (training available).
  • Comfortable using multi‑line phone systems and basic computer software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
