Job Summary:
Blazin Smoke Shop is looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role is all about providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment. Our reps are the face of Blazin — they educate customers, promote our products, and help make every visit a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
- Provide knowledgeable and honest recommendations based on customer needs
- Stay informed about the latest product arrivals, features, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash and card transactions
- Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and receiving shipments
- Collect customer feedback and encourage survey participation
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional, respectful manner
- Comply with all store policies and procedures, including ID checks and compliance laws
- Work as a team to meet sales targets and deliver an excellent in-store experience
Qualifications:
- Prior retail, smoke shop, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age
