Sales Associate ( Smoke shop)

We're not your typical smoke shop. Our space is clean, upscale, and welcoming built around a premium retail experience that sets us apart. We're a growing team with 6 current locations and 3 more on the way. We treat every team member like family and are looking for people who are reliable, trustworthy, and excited to grow with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand. This is a retail position with a relaxed pace most of the time but you'll also need to handle the occasional rush with confidence. You'll work independently during most shifts, keep the store looking sharp, and build real relationships with customers through genuine conversation and knowledgeable recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, natural, and professional manner
• Learn our products and confidently make recommendations to help customers find what they need
• Upsell and suggest add ons in a way that feels helpful, not pushy
• Open and/or close the store depending on your shift
• Keep the store clean, organized, and looking its best at all times
• Handle cash and transactions accurately
• Work independently and take initiative without needing constant supervision

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A people person someone who genuinely enjoys talking to customers and can hold a real conversation
• Sales experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person who's eager to learn
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working solo and taking ownership of the store during your shift
• Reliable, punctual, and someone our team can truly count on
• Comfortable with light cleaning and maintaining a high end store appearance
• Professional appearance and a polished, put-together look at work
• Must be 18 (21 may be required depending on location)

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
