Opportunities are available for Special Education Generalists/Resource Teachers and Inclusive Learning Community (ILC) Center-Based Classroom Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The district values direct involvement—remote or hybrid models are not considered—and provides robust training, including CPI certification.
Available positions feature full-time hours (37.5 per week), with each role tailored to different grade ranges and student needs, from mild-moderate resource settings (K-8, 9-12) to center-based classrooms focused on autism spectrum and developmental delay (K-3, 4-8). Start dates begin in late July and conclude in May.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education License, or in-progress licensing (indicate your licensure status upon application)
- Previous experience, training, or interest in case management
- CPI certification is highly valued, though onsite district training is provided
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) credentials or experience working alongside SLPs beneficial
- Eagerness to collaborate and adapt within a diverse, student-focused team
