This travel role is ideal for BCBAs seeking an engaging environment for the Extended School Year session (July 7th–July 30th), Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am–12:30 pm, with a pre-K through eighth-grade caseload. There is also potential for contract renewal, opening doors to long-term growth.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience working in educational settings is a must
- Background with pre-K through eighth-grade students preferred
- Valid state licensure and eligibility for Connecticut assignments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions for students in pre-K to 8th grade
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and document students’ progress, making program adjustments as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions during the assignment
