Make a difference supporting students across K-12 as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational environment on a contract basis through the 2025-2026 academic year—with the opportunity for extended school year (ESY) work after the core school year (CSY). This hands-on role places you in a collaborative setting close to Manchester, CT, engaging directly with students and staff to foster positive and effective learning experiences.
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, actively maintained
- Demonstrable experience working within school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels
- Ability to effectively design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
- Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and related service staff
- Passion for supporting diverse student needs with a student-centered, proactive approach
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with K-12 teams to assess student behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Provide direct behavioral support to students, observing and collecting data to inform decisions

- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring data-driven outcomes
