What you’ll need to succeed:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing on-site services
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver on-site physical therapy services to a focused group of 10-15 students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document progress and participate in meetings as needed
- Provide professional insight and recommendations to maximize student independence and participation
- Ensure compliance with school and district policies, as well as all relevant regulations
This contract runs weekdays, July 6th through July 31st, for five hours each day—offering a fantastic summer schedule while making a meaningful difference.
