Pay:Starting at $51 an Hour

This full-time position will serve students with diverse needs in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Typical Job Duties:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote student success
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Washington State Occupational Therapist License
Prior school-based experience preferred
Knowledge of IEP processes, IDEA regulations, and school-based service delivery
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
