Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification for the state of Pennsylvania
- Current Pennsylvania teaching certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in school-based settings or working with K-12 populations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to work onsite and engage with students, staff, and families face-to-face
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite within a school-wide setting (no virtual services)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student success
- Offer expertise and guidance on communication needs within the educational team
